Managing Medications

View your current medications, dosages, and refill history.

Keeping Track of Your Medications

Through the portal, you can view your current prescriptions, request refills before you run out, track your medication history, and review important details like dosages and instructions. The portal keeps everything organized in one secure location, so it’s simple and easy to manage your psychiatric medications and maintain consistency in your treatment.

To view your medications within the Here & Now Patient Portal, navigate to the Medications on the left side menu:
Managing Your Medications

The dropdown menu at the top of the Medications section lets you filter which prescriptions you see. The available views include:
  • Current Medications: Shows your active prescriptions that you’re currently taking or have available refills for
  • Discontinued Medications: Displays medications you’ve taken previously but are no longer prescribed because your psychiatrist has discontinued them from your treatment plan
  • Canceled Medications: Shows prescriptions that were written but canceled before being filled or picked up
  • You can switch between these views depending on what information you need to access.
